I had an idea. After that everything gets kinda fuzzy. I knew I wanted to work with Smoothie Base although I have never used it as the main flavor before. I paired it with Cream and Frosting for body and mouthfeel. Frosting is something I have used in milkshakes before with good results.Cream is one of my favorite neutral creams and I love the thickness it provides here. I have had a love affair with Strawberry Filling as of late and wanted to use it for brightness. It takes a while to mature but when it does it gives a bright, sweet sb top note. I went in the direction of a citrus, stone fruit with Banana thrown in to lay the other fruits on top of. Initially, I used Peach Gummy instead of Saturn Peach because I thought the candyish vibe might work better with the profile I had pictured in my mind. I tried it both ways and like the way Saturn Peach works here.
I tried using Ice at .25% for a cooling effect in one version. Nope...lol. It felt out of place to me.
I am not a fan of this recipe after 5 days. It needs a week or two, in my opinion, to come together. This contest took me far away from my comfort zone and I appreciate the folks who put it together and took the time to put their name on a recipe for the world to see. I acn't wait to see what others have constructed!
