A peach surrounded by unexpected accents that delight and surprise. TATANKA is described as sweet dough, caramel and tobacco. KINAKO SOY imparts notes of roasted soy and sweet red beans with top notes of amaretto and almond flesh, according to Flavorah's description. Others add their own perceptions as mildly nutty, earthy, butterscotch/caramel and perhaps pistachio! Intriguing, to say the least. These two flavors are my secret weapon for a peach you'll never forget. Caramel is my sweetener and support, Cream is to bring it all together.

Trivia: The kernel inside a peach pit is called the noyaux. It smells and tastes like the purest almond of your dreams and it is used to make bitter almond extract, marzipan and bar staples like amaretto and Creme de Noyaux. Yes, almonds and peaches are related.
