SteveTC’s Recipie and words:
Keep it simple, keep it custard.
Who doesn’t like frozen custard, it’s definitively better than ice cream.
With four simple ingredients and a bit of patience for the steeping, you get all you need.

INGREDIENTS
The base is unusual since it’s Capella Vanilla Custard.
Wait, that’s not unusual….
The trick is to use CAP Vanilla Custard V1 and CAP Vanilla Custard V2 in a 1:1 ratio. Here the V2 complements and covers all the shortfalls of the V1 after steeping out.

TPA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream is nearly frozen custard by itself, therefore it was the natural partner in this recipe.

Adding TPA Vanilla Swirl, which has the vanilla custard notes “removed” as TPA states, rounds this recipe.

STEEPING
I know nowadays patience is not a virtue anymore, but the result of letting it steep for 30 days is rewarding. The recipe needs full steeping time.
