With the help of several ELR members, I came up with this recipe to pair with my evening martini. My husband came up with the name because he said it smells like a saddle shop. It doesn't read like a very tasty recipe, I know, but if you have all the ingredients, its worth a try. I haven't tweaked or substituted anything for over three years. It does benefit with a 3-5 day steep and gets better with age. It goes with martinis, Bloody Mary's, beer, etc... and coffee. Go figure. 😉
