Flavorah are a company who have amazed me with their flavourings!
They are fast becoming a firm favourite of mine to mix with.
This is 1 of my all Flavorah recipes and quite honestly it doesn't need any further additions.
This simple berry led yogurt has been tweaked numerous times to achieve the tart creamy yogurt taste that satisfies my taste buds!
The Greek yogurt is without doubt the best yogurt I have tried and the vanilla custard helps to give it a creamier mouthfeel. As a base with these 2 you really can't go wrong and all you need is the added flavour of your choice, whether that will be fruits, nuts, chocolate or toffe/ fudge add one. Any of these work really well but I just love me some berry!
The boysenberry has become a go to to help other berry flavours, helping to round out or as a great standalone.
Here it compliments the raspberry which further compliments the strawberry.
Together the deep berry sweetness is bang on, vergining on an almost jammy compot that works really well with the creamy tartness of the yogurt.
I have found a 2 week steep brings it all together.
If you have these flavours then you have to mix this up!
If you don't then do yourself a favour and get them added to your stash!
You'll thank me later! LOL
So mix up and enjoyable!
