Sweet baby! WoW! Totally unexpected.. The chocolate, the cream and dough play so happy! the pastry zest gives an uplift I did not expect. I might add in a touch of lemon, maybe like 3 drops per 30ml. Could add some coconut, hazlenut, ap.. still tinkering with it.. ;)
