This is the simple version of my Captain’s treats, and should get you to where you want to go with this. Let it sit for a few days, shaking well. The fruits do merge but yet stand out, and the cereal is the main notes. If you want more fruits and less cereal, just ease off the amount of cereal down to around 9 drops .18 grams. I wouldn’t raise the fruits,
