Notes
Based on the early 1900s classic cocktail, the Sidecar is a
classic cocktail enjoyed the world over. The original recipe
calls for equal proportions of lemon juice, Cointreau (orange-
flavored liqueur) and Cognac. Modem interpretations include
a version with Bourbon instead of rum with a dash of bitters
called The Bourbon Sidecar. This version is based on the
latter with the exclusion of bourbon.
