Lemon Sorbet (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (5-20-25) – Thus far this is my favorite of this series. Like the previous, there was no break in time, and was full and flavorful from the start. Stunning flavor profile which seemed to straddle a lemon cream, sorbet, and almost an icing. VERY unique and without equal on the market that I have tested. Perfectly strong at 3.5%, Dense creamy-ness not quite as present as in the banana or blueberry, but it didn’t taste lacking. Very good, as is, and ready for sales IMO. No off-notes, or complaints. 10/10.
