Green Apple (Wonder Flavors) 3.5% (4-29-25) – Out of the gate, this one was a little harsh, but once it settled in, that decreased somewhat. Fairly accurate, sour, tart, with flesh, and skin. Good strength at 3.5%, sweetness below mid-level, and good. Smelled lightly of vinegar, and had a slight taste of that when testing. Very subtle, but present. Good, solid green apple, with a few rough edges. 7.5/10.
