Wanted to tetst this one to see if I could kick FW YC to the curb because of the sugar in it. This one is very much like FW YC, BUT, much weaker IMO. Delightful and delicious with a very recognizable YC flavor, good sweetness, not very rich or buttery, but still good. Can it replace FW YC ?? Probably not. Tested @ 6%, will try bumping up to 10% to see what happens. It tastes just as good as FW's version, but much lighter, airier, and nowhere near as rich.
